ASG Aerospace LLC offers a complete selection of maintenance and repair services for aircraft
ranging from turboprop to corporate jets. We provide quality service that is performed by trusted, technicians of experience in the industry. Our focus is to service the aircraft in a timely manner while providing the most cost-effective solution for our clients. Our services include the following
Airframes
Our airframe work ranges from minor repairs to major alterations. On-site, ASG Aerospace will complete the refurbishment, repair, and overhaul of nacelles, flight control surfaces, airframe structures, thrust reversers, and more. We average 7 days TATs for composite and sheet metal repair and 14 day TAT for thrust reverser repair. All Corrosion problems are engineered in-house. We also specialized in the fabrications of parts.
Modifications
Our modification program consists of two separate areas, one for structural and the other for avionics modifications. In addition, we have the capability of providing STC Development and/or STC Installations.
Engines
At our facility, we scheduled and conduct Engine routine maintenance, Boroscope Inspections, Engine removal and installations, and Engine Corrosion Inspections. For major engine overhauls, we work directly with Engine Overhaul facilities to provide our clients with the best care.
Repair
On-site, we perform all types of repairs including engine cowlings, thrust reversers, airframe structures, components, and more.
